Walking into a CRE interview with a Skills Endorsement from INSIDE-LANE provides a candidate with a strong advantage."

First 90 Days
Entering the Commercial Brokerage industry can be daunting for any new candidate. Knowing how to work with your Sr. Broker or Team during the first 90 days is critical. This segment reveals what Sr. Brokers and the firm consider important. Gaining this knowledge will provide you with a proven formula for initial success!

ENDORSEMENT
Let's say there is one opportunity open in the firm you are interested in joining and multiple candidates wanting that opportunity. INSIDE-LANE candidates that complete the Training Segment, in excellence, will be provided with an Advisor Endorsement. This Endorsement document, that you can provide during your interview, could give you a substantial edge over other candidates who are interviewing.
SUPPORT
THE CHALLENGE
Once you are hired by a CRE firm, you will likely be ‘partnered’ with a Sr. Broker or invited to be on a team. Your first 90 days can be exciting and at times, frustrating.
Challenges you may experience:

⦁ What to do if you're not being trained as you were told during the initial interview process.
⦁ What to do if you have questions, but your Sr. Broker is always busy .
⦁ What hours you should be keeping and the work ethic that's respected.

THE SOLUTION
INSIDE-LANE Advisors will be available for those who have been through the INSIDE-LANE Training Component. Candidates who qualify for Post Training Support will have access to one or all of the Advisors on an ‘as need’ basis. Support will be via Zoom, telephone or text. Response time from your Advisors will typically be within hours. The good news is, this is a ‘no fee’ support system. Post Training Support start time and end time will be determined following Training Completion.
